Salary: OTE: £40k

A keen, self-motivated, dynamic and conscientious
Lettings or Senior Lettings Negotiator
is required to join a highly professional, local independent estate agency based at their offices in the Lee (SE12) areas. You will need to have previous experience in residential lettings and familiarity with the local area would be helpful. You will also need to show commitment to personal and branch goals and be a confident team player. You need to deliver exceptional customer service to build long term relationships with both Landlords, Tenants, and applicants to ensure repeat business and the reputation of the brand is upheld. A generous salary and commission package will be offered to the right candidate and the company will consider a candidate who feels ready to step up to a more senior and responsible position.
