As an

SEN Teacher , your responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of students with SEN. Creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment to foster student growth. Collaborating with teaching assistants and other staff to provide targeted support. Assessing student progress and adapting teaching methods to ensure success. Supporting students in developing confidence, independence, and life skills. Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Previous experience teaching in an SEN setting is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to teaching. Benefits of Working with GSL Education:
