Key Responsibilities:
Establish and deliver the fundamental layout of vehicles. Ensure dimensions, mass balance, occupant positions, and accommodation are met. Develop mechanical arrangements with geometrical compatibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams from the start of the programme to Job#1 and beyond.
Skills Required:
Excellent project and people management skills, with tenacity in resolving issues. Strong written and oral presentation skills; ability to interface with senior management. Ability to resolve complex, multi-dimensional problems and present solutions with clarity.
Skills Preferred:
Knowledge of FEDE, PLM, CAE, CAD, Auros - E2KS, and Digital Buck tools. Proficiency in CATIA.
Experience Required:
Proven experience in the delivery of vehicle programs.
Experience Preferred:
Knowledge of commercial vehicle variants and configurations.
Education Required:
Degree in an Engineering discipline.
Contract Details:
1-year contract. Hybrid working (3 days on site) model based in Dunton, UK.
