Embark on a transformative journey with Reckitt by becoming a Supply Graduate for our Supply Services department. You will form the instrumental force that gets our products to our customers. With a blend of creative problem solving and collaborative working, you’ll allow our consumers to live healthier lives and have happier homes. Within the graduate rotations, you will get a taste of collaborative planning, supply planning, and logistics. You will work with key retail partners like Tesco, Amazon, Asda, and Sainsbury, gaining a broad understanding of the Reckitt Supply Chain and the necessary skills and experiences to fast track your supply career at Reckitt. Your responsibilities

You will play a crucial role in the smooth running of our business, supporting the hygiene side of the business. Your key responsibilities are as follows: As part of the Collaborative Planning Team, act as the face of Reckitt, delivering against supply joint business plans and KPIs. Manage customer supply chain contacts internally and externally, ensuring we meet all key supply chain metrics. Build and maintain successful relationships, delivering exceptional service levels and customer satisfaction. Create a collaborative forecast with your customer for key events and promotions, aligning internally to optimize supply. Review customers' stock holdings and present recommendations based on analysis. Ensure stock availability to meet customer demand as part of the supply planning team. Plan the supply of several brands from external sources and Reckitt factories for the UK market, ensuring customer service targets are met. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure optimum decision making and reaction to potential issues. Understand logistics management, including the handling of over 600 truck movements weekly. The experience we're looking for

A recent or 2025 graduate, with intermediate to advanced analytical and numerical skills. Demonstrate a genuine passion for Supply Chain and an eagerness to learn and develop. Driven with a hunger to work for a FTSE10 business, with a high level of ambition. Able to demonstrate an understanding of our core values and how these would be applicable in the workplace. Personable and able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Confident in working under pressure and when presented with new challenges. The skills for success
