Pre-Construction Manager (Retail)

Location: Milton Keynes Are you a Pre-Construction Manager or similar looking for a dynamic role where you will be the go-to person for all pre-construction work on varied Retail projects within a well-established consultancy who pride themselves on ongoing development of staff offering progression right through to directorship? This well-established Consultancy works in numerous sectors, primarily retail, and has a presence across the UK with several offices nationwide. They have continually grown in recent years to a point they now have a turnover of over £12 million and are looking to grow the team at their Milton Keynes office to keep up with an ever-increasing workload. In this varied role, you will be responsible for the entire pre-construction phase of projects as you liaise with developers, landlords, and other departments. You will have the chance to make your stamp on the role as you undertake negotiations, update relevant paperwork, and support site and project teams. This is a hybrid role with some site visitation nationwide and occasional stays away. This varied role would suit a Pre-Construction Manager or similar looking for an autonomous role working on a range of projects within a leading company who offer flexible working and a bonus to increase your earnings.
