About The Role We are looking for a Senior Programme and Events Co-ordinator to work across our funded projects which offer high-quality business and innovation support to businesses.

You'll play a key role in developing and implementing strategies, activities and systems to engage with our communities of business founders and you’ll be the key point of liaison between our online communities. Understanding what’s relevant in each sector and making sure the online platform reflects that will be a core part of your responsibility. You’ll also ensure the right support is offered to the right members, the most relevant introductions are being made. You'll oversee the work undertaken by the Programme & Event Coordinator, delivering events and training within the programmes frameworks, supporting the targeted outreach to recruit innovative companies.

The community platform requires an eye for detail with content creation and moderation responsibilities, as well as the ability to build positive working relationships as you’ll be working with companies to support their user experience. This role will be working in a complex environment covering a wide stakeholder group and geography, working under pressure deadlines whilst maintaining high quality work. So we are looking for a self-starter with energy, genuine enthusiasm and passion about creating communities through shared experiences, researching relevant opportunities for founders and creating/editing engaging content.

You Should Be someone who has experience creating exciting and engaging content, with the ability to use their creative skills to captivate users across various mediums. someone who can work independently on projects while also collaborating effectively with teams to achieve shared goals. an organised individual, capable of managing multiple priorities while consistently producing high-quality content for external audiences. someone with strong copywriting skills and a keen attention to detail.
