The Tech team Our global Tech team operates in an agile manner within a dynamic product organization. Immerse yourself in a collaborative environment where innovation thrives, and your contributions will play a direct role in shaping the path of our cutting-edge products. As a key player in our agile setup, you'll have the opportunity to enhance efficiency, foster creativity, and play a pivotal role in our product development process. Your new team You will work with the Customer Portfolio teams. The Customer portfolio will hold all the products related to B2B and Customer Tech Products. The key impacted Business teams are the Sales and Commercial Functions. You will report directly to the Customer Portfolio Director, and you will lead all products under the RGM family. The current Pernod Ricard ecosystem is a fragmented operating model. You will play a key role as a change enabler and driver to define with our Global business counterparts a target blueprint, the routes-to-market archetypes and our strategy to meet our company’s ambitions. You will work very closely with our Global business Owners to build and drive the most efficient roadmap for the products within your scope. The products within your scope cover all standard RGM activities to enable our businesses to improve and grow across all our markets: CBP / JBP Revenue management on-trade, off-trade, travel retail and multi-tier Trade promotions management Price and margin management Trade terms and conditions Revenue growth evaluation and optimization Forward looking, you will build strong relationships with, notably: The Global Business Owners, in charge of defining the global strategy for all markets and the company. The Data Scientists and Engineers Teams; as most of your products require advanced analytics, the key expertise seat with these teams. The Tech Proximity Teams, in charge of capturing and funnelling business needs from our markets. Who you’ll be working with Internally,

you’ll work with Portfolio Directors, Domain Proximity Leads, Proximity Directors, Product Owners, Resources Leads. Externally,

you’ll work with existing partners of the already existing applications and new partners upon validated solutions and agreements. Your blend of talent This position could be right for you if you have: Strong knowledge and experience in RGM Deep strategic planning capabilities Strategic thinking & value-driven mindset (roadmap creation, product vision articulation, value monitoring…) Experience in Product Management and people management, preferably within a multiple-team structure Good industry knowledge and insights into key challenges for the RGM teams Experience in managing roll-out plans of IT projects/programs/products Understanding of agile mindset & practices Our mix of benefits For your health, we offer private medical insurance, income protection and a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme.
