New Customer Acquisitions Event Marketing Executive . Working collaboratively across marketing functions, you’ll design and deliver innovative online and offline events aimed at generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to fuel our business growth. Partnering with teams in customer insights, product marketing, branding, and operations, you’ll create engaging, high-impact events that make Civica stand out. Responsibilities

You’ll take ownership of event planning and supporting communications campaigns: Conceptualising and delivering multi-touch campaigns that promote events and maximise MQL generation. Working with external suppliers, exhibition organisers and internal stakeholders to fulfil the requirements of complex event and campaign briefs. Collaborating with Marketing Operations to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery. Running email, A/B testing and using insights to optimise participation and ROI. Analysing event performance metrics to refine strategies and enhance results. Requirements

Proven campaign marketing expertise with a collaborative working style: experience, preferably in B2B tech/SaaS market. Proven expertise in delivering online and offline marketing events, ideally with international audiences. Strong project management and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering on time and within budget. A creative mindset with a "test and learn" approach to continuously improve outcomes.
