We are supporting a company based in Central Peterborough with recruiting for an IT Service Desk Analyst. This is an office-based position, working in a 6-week shift rota pattern, Monday to Fridays only. Week 1 - 06:00 - 14:30, Week 2 - 07:00 - 15:30 and Weeks 3-6 08:30 - 17:00.
This is an ongoing temporary assignment to start as soon as possible, paying 11.44ph with weekly pay. You must be able to drive with your own transport, as you will be based on-site near Leicester for a team meeting once a month.
Duties will include:
Providing technical support to users on various issues and problems relating to hardware and software.
Responding to and resolving service desk tickets in a timely manner according to SLAs.
Developing useful technical documentation for users.
Minimum Requirements:
To be considered you will need to have some knowledge of IT, along with a clear passion for learning and developing. This is a role that will continue to develop your knowledge and equip you with the skills to resolve complex issues.
