About the Role: Our client is seeking a proactive and skilled IT Technician to join their dynamic team. This role requires regular travel to various sites, so a valid driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential. If you have a passion for technology, problem-solving, and providing excellent support, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site IT support across multiple company locations. Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals. Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them efficiently. Support network infrastructure, including diagnosing connectivity issues. Ensure all systems are secure and comply with company standards. Collaborate with the IT team to implement upgrades and new technologies. Document all tasks, processes, and solutions accurately. Requirements:

Proven experience in an IT support or technician role. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle (essential). Willingness to travel frequently and occasionally work outside standard hours. Desirable Skills:

Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy. Familiarity with hardware repairs and upgrades. Certification in IT-related fields (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft).
