Maintenance Engineer
C&N Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer for a 4 grade 2 listed hotel based just outside of Milton Keynes. This is a stunning location to work; the hotel boasts various restaurants, a spa, and holds conferences and weddings.
The Role:
Carry out day-to-day repairs within the hotel.
Run and record schedules as a part of the maintenance team.
Complete small projects and make reactive repairs to keep the hotel running smoothly.
General painting and decorating around the hotel.
Respond to engineering and maintenance concerns.
Address all building-related issues.
Handle guest-related concerns.
Ensure all jobs are completed to a high standard, taking full responsibility for all work carried out.
Liaise with relevant departments involved in works.
Keep all disturbances to guests to a minimum.
Report any issues to the Head of Department.
Person Specification:
Experience of working in a hotel environment.
Plumbing experience.
Electrical experience.
Aware of health and safety regulations.
Flexible.
Team player.
Calm and self-motivated.
