We are currently seeking an experienced and MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor to join one of the most respected and forward-thinking property consultancies in the South West. This role offers flexibility to be based from their Bristol, Exeter, or Plymouth office, with projects primarily located in the surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will undertake a variety of commercial building surveying duties, ranging from dilapidations and party wall work to traditional surveys, contract administration, and project work.

Building Surveyor Position Overview Based from the Bristol, Exeter, or Plymouth office, with projects primarily in the surrounding South West region. Undertake a wide range of commercial building surveying duties, including: Dilapidations and condition surveys. Party wall work and neighbourly matters. Contract administration and project management. Preparing schedules of work and specifications. Providing expert advice to clients on building regulations, maintenance, and repairs. Work closely with a diverse team in a collaborative and relaxed environment. Engage with clients to provide high-quality services tailored to their needs.

Building Surveyor Position Requirements MRICS status is essential. Relevant degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline. Prior experience as a Building Surveyor, ideally with a focus on commercial property. Full UK driving licence. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive attitude and desire to progress your career within a growing and supportive organisation.
