About the Role: As Finance Manager, you will manage the month-end process, including reviewing revenue calculations and balance sheet reconciliations. You’ll also take ownership of preparing the monthly finance board pack, overseeing statutory accounts under FRS102, and leading interim and annual audits. Your role will be critical in ensuring smooth and efficient financial operations while collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities: Review month-end management accounts, including revenue and cost calculations, feeding into group results. Oversee month-end balance sheet reconciliations to maintain accuracy across management accounts. Work closely with the FP&A team on variance analysis of management accounts against budget. Prepare and present the monthly finance pack for the board. Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual VAT returns. Reconcile TM1 to local accounts of overseas offices on a monthly basis. Prepare annual statutory accounts, including consolidations under FRS102. Manage interim and annual audits in the UK and Singapore. Lead the finance processing and control team to ensure efficient processes and timely, accurate production of accounts. Handle ad-hoc finance queries from across the business. Qualifications Required: Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CAANZ or equivalent). Skills & Experience: Strong time management skills with the ability to meet internal and external deadlines. Excellent communication skills, with experience working collaboratively with non-finance colleagues. Proven experience in management accounting and balance sheet management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Advanced Excel skills.
