Communicating with customers about all technical issues and providing first-class customer service Installing, integrating, commissioning the system/solutions and getting systems operational Providing ongoing support to the system/solutions Planning, creating & coordinating data/information to implement the technical solutions Troubleshooting - organizing measures in connection with technical issues to remedy system errors Collaborating with Solution Architect for decisions on implementation of complex technical solutions & system optimization Inspecting and accepting products from sub-suppliers and partners prior to implementation Creating & reviewing the system(s) technical documentation and interfaces Collaboration with Competence centres (Vienna/Canada) and relevant internal stakeholders.
