The Role: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling digital and traditional OOH advertising solutions directly to businesses in your assigned region. Your role will involve: Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Identifying and approaching new clients to expand your pipeline Sales Meetings & Presentations:

Building relationships with businesses and showcasing advertising solutions Sales Pipeline Management:

Maintaining an up-to-date CRM and ensuring a healthy flow of leads Proposal Creation:

Compiling compelling sales pitches to secure new business Revenue Growth:

Achieving quarterly targets while enjoying the freedom to manage your day effectively Who We're Looking For: Proven field sales experience (ideally in media sales, but all direct sales backgrounds considered) A strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience using CRM tools to manage client relationships and sales activity A professional, articulate, and confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel within your designated region This is an opportunity to be part of one of the UK’s best places to work, with an award-winning company culture that prioritises flexibility, autonomy, and employee wellbeing.
