What you will do:
Provide high-quality occupational therapy interventions tailored to individual mental health needs. Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to assess, plan, and evaluate clients' care programmes. Facilitate therapeutic activities and help clients develop skills for daily living. Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ functional levels and design treatment plans accordingly. Maintain accurate client records and reports, ensuring compliance with HCPC standards. Engage in team meetings and case conferences, contributing valuable insights and recommendations. Travel between multiple sites as part of your dynamic workday.
Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this role, it is preferable to hold a full driving licence as you will be based at multiple sites around Chester. Additionally, candidates must be HCPC registered and bring at least 2 years of experience in mental health.
