Job Title: Registered Nurse (RGN) Location: Bradwell Hall Nursing Home, ST5 8RQ Salary: £22.09 per hour + Paid Breaks + £500 Welcome Bonus Contract Type: Full-Time (Days) About Us: Bradwell Hall Nursing Home is a well-established provider of high-quality care, dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for elderly residents. Our team is committed to delivering excellent care, and we are currently looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RGN) to join us on a full-time basis. Job Overview: As a Registered Nurse (RGN) at Bradwell Hall Nursing Home, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. You will provide direct nursing care, assist with the management of care plans, and lead a team of care staff. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and overall health monitoring Assess residents' health conditions and create or update care plans as necessary Supervise and support care assistants to ensure excellent care is provided at all times Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with company policies and CQC standards Ensure residents' physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met with compassion and professionalism Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to care Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents Lead by example, promoting a positive and professional working environment Requirements: Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN) Previous experience in a nursing home or similar healthcare setting is an advantage Strong communication and leadership skills Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to providing high-quality care Ability to work independently and as part of a team Enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this if required) Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of £22.09 per hour Paid breaks £500 welcome bonus Ongoing training and career development opportunities Supportive and friendly work environment Pension scheme Uniform provided Employee well-being and recognition programs How to Apply: If you are an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) looking to join a welcoming and professional team, we would love to hear from you!
