Job Summary We are seeking 1 X Master Technician, 1 x skilled Vehicle Technician, and 1 x general service mechanic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to diagnose and repair various vehicle issues. This role requires a commitment to delivering excellent customer service while ensuring that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards. Duties Diagnose and repair vehicle faults using schematics and technical manuals. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tyre rotations. Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as necessary for repairs. Utilise power tools and hand tools safely and effectively in the repair process. Conduct equipment repairs and ensure that all tools are maintained in good working order. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding their vehicle's condition and required repairs. Perform heavy lifting as needed during the repair process, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Weld components when required, adhering to safety standards and best practices. Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in vehicle repair and maintenance. Familiarity with schematics and technical documentation related to vehicle systems. Proficient in using both power tools and hand tools relevant to automotive repair. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of the job responsibilities. Previous experience in equipment repair is advantageous but not essential. A valid driving licence is preferred.
