Teaching Assistant - Primary School in Chelmsford (ASAP Start)

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons. Assisting individual or small groups of children with their learning. Providing tailored support to meet the needs of pupils, including those with additional needs. Helping maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborating with staff to ensure the well-being and progress of pupils.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children in the UK (essential). A strong understanding of the primary school curriculum. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting children. Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential).
