Pension Scheme, Life Assurance Scheme, 26 days' Annual Leave As the Head of Partnerships Delivery, you will be responsible for developing and expanding existing corporate partnerships, including those with key partners like Tesco and Ella’s Kitchen. Working closely with the Head of New Business and Impact, who will secure new partnerships, you will focus on deepening these relationships to maximise their income potential and strategic value, ensuring they deliver on their charitable mission. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a critical part in achieving the objectives of the charity’s Business Engagement Strategy, alongside a talented team. You’ll work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders, including teams in Business Practice, Advocacy, and Fair to Nature, to ensure partnerships deliver tangible outcomes for both the environment and their partners. What they are looking for: Proven experience in managing and growing high-value corporate partnerships. Ability to align partnerships with organisational goals and deliver long-term impact. Understanding revenue generation, financial modelling, and value propositions in partnership development. Knowledge of trends and opportunities in the third sector, NGO, and environmental sector and relevant industries. Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners, funders, and community groups. Strong skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements and resolve conflicts. Ability to connect with diverse stakeholders and build coalitions. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders. A track record of driving income and a data-led approach to high-performing teams and partnerships. Delivering strategic impact through effective partnership management.
