Beehive Recruitment are working with a leading manufacturing company (capital equipment) in the Thame area. The role will focus on daily management of the business in-line with group objectives. To implement and adhere to processes, procedures and systems for the effective management of the business. Develop strong written and verbal communications through the business, with a focus on a positive culture and effective teamwork to achieve the business objectives. Support growth in the business and work with other businesses in the group to synergize and cross pollinate. Key Tasks:

General Management of the business on a daily basis Assess current processes and procedures, working with the CEO & CFO to implement changes to establish effective processes, procedures and systems for the business, aligned with other businesses in the Group of Companies. Establish a strong culture in the business of effective, open communications and teamwork Ensure effective transfer of information to/from each department in a documented process Work with the Commercial Director of the business and the group to ensure sales have detailed information on Bill of Materials and Labour to build equipment for use in costing. Ensure visibility through departments for any changes to design / function of equipment. Implement change control Work with the Engineering team to implement a PDM system for the management of drawings and change control. Implement a production and inventory management system, working with other group companies to synergize Manage production to ensure visibility and on-time, on budget builds. Work with all companies in the group to share information, allowing cross supporting over the businesses Root cause analysis approach to capturing any issues, analysing them and ensuring effective changes put in place with all department aware Ensure drawing and documentation match the build of equipment for record and any changes are handled via closed loop feedback Be involved in the product improvement and development to keep up with industry needs Take overall responsibility to meet the operational and financial targets of the business Collaborate with the Group Finance team to ensure processes, procedures and deadlines are met for reporting needs of the business Work with the group CEO to steer the direction of the business and adapt the business as it grows. Responsibility for the facility employees and visitors to adhere to EH&S and fire regulations Responsible for the daily HR of employees, working with the CEO/CFO as needed for any HR matters Key Results/Objectives:

Ensure the smooth running of the business through each department Ensure business targets are met. Ensure customer satisfaction through an on-time, quality product, with effective communications and aftersales support Effective Line Management. On-time, on-budget Continuous Improvement Develop a Positive, open, teamwork Culture Responsible for Staff:
