As a Clinical Pharmacist, you'll play a crucial role in the Oncology and Haematology departments:
Deliver and manage a high-quality, patient-focused systemic anti-cancer (SACT) pharmacy service. Collaborate closely with the Lead Pharmacist and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe access to the latest treatments. Develop and implement cost-effective and safe pharmacy practices. Provide expert advice and support to healthcare professionals and patients. Participate in the training and development of pharmacy staff. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
