Directly manage key accounts, including building joint-business plans, forecasting, and executing sales plans. Actively manage regional commercial activities for both Foodservice and B2B channels. Participate in periodic face-to-face meetings with key customers and maintain direct relations with key buyers for strategic alignment. Collaborate with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to deliver regional objectives and ensure the execution of commercial strategies. Commercial and Management Activities:
Support the sales team in executing commercial plans for the regions in line with short and mid-term objectives. Implement activities necessary to achieve sales targets in collaboration with the local commercial team. Coordinate all sales forecasting activities with KAMs and Sales Analysts to ensure accurate forecasting for short-term, quarterly, and annual budgets. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Build strong partnerships with cross-functional leaders (Finance, Customer Service, R&D, Quality, Legal, etc.) to ensure daily tasks are accomplished. Partner with Marketing and Trade-Marketing to provide the sales team with communication tools necessary to support sales. Work with Marketing and R&D to identify and launch new products. Market Analysis and Strategy:
Analyze market and trend data to advise the team on the best actions. Convey knowledge and confidence in pricing, market trends, and product knowledge to succeed in a dynamic environment while maintaining Tyson's policies, core values, team behaviors, and customer creed. Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience. Experience:
3+ years of industry experience preferred. Evidence of prior leadership roles in a career or community is a plus. Computer Skills:
