Structured Finance Associate (CLO’s) - (2-5 PQE)– US firm
We are working with an Elite US law firm on a position within their highly regarded Structured Finance team focusing largely on CLO’s (Collateral Loan obligations).
You will be part of the wider Structured Finance team working on a caseload weighted towards CLO matters which includes both "cashflow" and synthetic total return structure.
You will work with underwriters, issuers, portfolio managers, and other large financial institutions.

Salary -
