A Japanese sports online app company is looking for someone who can take on the role of London Branch Manager for UK and EU customers following the establishment of a London office. Daily conversation ability in Japanese is necessary to communicate with the Japan team. Central London (hybrid after probation) Japanese Speaking London Branch Manager Main Responsibilities:

Management of numbers relating to London office operations. Development and maintenance of enquiry handling policies, manuals, and FAQs. Streamlining workflows, DX proposals, and other team infrastructure development initiatives. Customer support via multiple channels, including live chat and social media (in English). Support for enquiries from global customers and other stakeholders. Liaison and reporting with Japan HQ and internal departments. Liaison with accounting firms, accounting processing support, human resources (e.g. future recruitment). Liaison with other third parties. Japanese Speaking London Branch Manager Ideal Candidate:

Native level English and daily conversational level Japanese language skills. Experience in some sales number management in a field such as marketing, sales, shop management, etc. University degree or equivalent. Good communication skills with the ability to deal with customer service in English. Sports management degree or industry experience welcome. Knowledge, understanding, and interest in sports betting welcome. Team-oriented and flexible without limiting the scope of work. Willingness to be involved in the future management of the centre as a manager.
