Business Development Manager (Building Management)
Salary: 70,000 - 75,000 + Training + Bonuses + Company Car + Company Benefits

Are you a Business Development Manager or similar with a background in the Building Management industry looking to join a business with a plan for future growth as their lead for business development, reaching out to clients all over London to secure new exciting contracts?
On offer is the opportunity to join a business that has been in operation for over 30 years with ambitions to keep growing and pass the 10 million turnover mark in the next few years. They are looking to take on new large-scale, reliable contracts adding to their current clients including the likes of the City University of London, London Bridge, and others.
This role will involve travelling all over London, reaching out to clients to sell the company's building management services and securing new long-term management contracts. You will be working closely with internal teams and joining them to go to industry exhibitions and meetings.
This role would suit a Business Development Manager with a background selling services into the Building Management industry who is looking to join an established company that can support them with training, warm leads, and the freedom to create and execute their own plan to secure new contracts.
