This is a role that demands a balance of technical excellence, client engagement, and commercial acumen. Key Responsibilities

Delivering core Building Surveying services, including dilapidations, technical due diligence, and party wall matters. Leading refurbishment and fit-out projects, with full project management responsibilities. Providing strategic advice to clients on asset management and property maintenance. Building and maintaining strong client relationships to secure repeat and new business. Mentoring and developing junior team members. Key Requirements

MRICS qualified with extensive experience in Building Surveying. Proven track record of delivering professional and project services to a high standard. Commercially focused, with strong business development skills and an understanding of market dynamics. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build trust and confidence with clients. Ambitious, proactive, and committed to driving exceptional outcomes. Salary & Benefits
