to work on Void Properties Temp to Perm Positions available - 2 positions available Location: Covering South East London - Bromley / Orpington Van and fuel card provided £23.41 per hour via Umbrella Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm Good all-round candidates with a can-do attitude We're looking for a number of multi-skilled and enthusiastic tradespeople able to deliver a first-class repairs service across a variety of our properties in the South East London areas listed above. With a relevant qualification in your primary trade and one or more secondary trades, you will have good customer care and admin skills and enjoy working with people and finding solutions to problems. You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to void properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times. You'll be given protective clothing, a van to get you there, as well as the specialist power tools you'll need.
