Work Experience Co-Ordinator

Job Title: Work Experience Co-Ordinator
Position: Full-Time – term time only
Role type: Temporary
Location: West London
Rate: £15 - £18 per hour
The postholder is responsible for identifying new work experience opportunities with employers to ensure that the theoretical elements of courses are covered. The postholder will collate information centrally on existing work experience placements and support course teams in preparing students for Work Experience. Responsibilities will include liaising with actual and potential work experience providers, academic managers, teaching staff, and students.
The successful Work Experience Co-Ordinator will have the following skills and qualifications, or be willing to work towards:
Level 2 English and Maths qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience within an administrative role
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Reed Compliance
