Full-time We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Lecturer to join our dedicated Built Environment team at a leading college. This role is ideal for professionals who are eager to shape the future of the construction industry through education. You will play a pivotal role in the planning and introduction of T Levels, enhancing our curriculum from Level 2 to Level 5 BTEC/Edexcel/Pearson courses in Construction and the Built Environment and Civil Engineering. Day-to-day of the role:

Develop and deliver engaging lectures and coursework in Construction and the Built Environment as well as Civil Engineering up to Level 5. Collaborate with academic colleagues to innovate and enhance the curriculum. Engage with students to inspire and motivate them towards academic and professional excellence. Participate in the continuous assessment and improvement of teaching strategies and materials. Contribute to the administration of programmes, including planning, resource allocation, and student support. Required Skills & Qualifications:

A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the Construction industry. Strong commitment to educational excellence and innovation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Prior teaching experience is beneficial but not required as full teacher training will be provided. Benefits:
