As an active member in the Digital Platform Development team (part of Business Delivery Services), the job holder's focus is to design (with Architect's support) and deliver (through himself and various teams) world-class solutions for Cloud & infrastructure platforms. You will evolve around an ecosystem based on: Platform as a Service, Infrastructure as a Service over different Cloud providers, and on-premises environments too.

What are we looking for? 4-8 years of Cloud Architecture experience designing solutions for IaaS & PaaS in enterprise-class applications infrastructure across all types of environments. Strong Infrastructure technical skills and Cloud capabilities (Windows, Oracle, Azure, AWS, GCP, IaaS, PaaS & other technologies). Certifications in project management methodologies, network knowledge, or IoT experience is a plus. Language: Fluent in English verbal and written (Mandatory). Proven leadership and influencing experience through interaction with key stakeholders. Proven experience in architecture of enterprise applications platforms. Experience working in an international environment. Ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment, manage multiple activities and priorities, and work well under pressure.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Interact as entry point for our customers to understand their requirements. Design infrastructure solutions over a multi-cloud IaaS, PaaS, and on-premises ecosystems. Challenge and influence project managers/directors to align cloud & infrastructure solution design within our strategies and standards. Collaborate with the team and other stakeholders like Senior Architects / Security / infrastructure experts to define the design of the solutions based on customer needs. Create and own project plans to deliver infrastructure (End to End infrastructure delivery). Provide estimations for resources, time, and cost needed for project demand to the customer. Manage risks that might impact projects or Mars business operations. Maintain active communication with all layers of stakeholders involved. Lead development/implementation teams on project activities. Ensure adherence to Mars processes, standards, and Infrastructure Strategy for development and implementation. Follow up, organize & align cloud/infrastructure project plans with customers and IT project managers. Be accountable for project deliverables, ensuring the project is completed within agreed scope, quality, on time, and on budget. Be accountable for project documentation storage and sharing. Drive knowledge sharing among other associates and contractors. Supervise 2 to 10 contractors, onshore, nearshore, or offshore, who may be located anywhere in the world (US, China, Brazil, EU, India, ...).
