5-6y PQE Location: London Remuneration: Top competitive An innovative and leading international law firm with a reputation for delivering high-quality legal services across various sectors is looking to hire an IP solicitor to their Intellectual Property team. The firm is well-regarded for its dynamic, collaborative, and client-centric approach, working with some of the world’s most recognized brands and businesses. The firm's clients span a wide range of industries, including technology, financial services/FinTech, property/PropTech, retail, sport, entertainment, hospitality, and leisure. Notable clients include household names from sectors such as consumer goods, telecommunications, and real estate. Requirements Minimum of 5-6 years PQE. Extensive experience in a private practice environment, ideally within a large or niche IP-focused firm. Proven expertise in non-contentious IP law with comprehensive knowledge of the full range of IP rights. Experience in structuring, ownership, assignment, licensing, and IP management to enable commercial exploitation. Commercially astute with an understanding of both legal and commercial issues faced by clients. Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to delegate effectively. Responsibilities Act as the primary advisor for non-contentious IP matters within the firm, serving as the English law expert in this area. Provide high-quality, non-contentious IP legal advice across various sectors to support the firm’s key practices, including commercial and technology, corporate finance, finance/banking, real estate, and litigation. Proactively develop new client opportunities within and outside of the firm’s existing client base.
