Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Shift Engineer (Mechanical Bias) for a contractual assignment based in Leeds, LS9.
The Shift Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities whilst ensuring the safety and efficiency of all systems within the hospital. This will include Plant Maintenance, HVAC, PPMS, plumbing, AHU, etc.
Available Shifts and Location:
Shift Pattern: 4 days then 4 off then 4 nights - Full-time position Location: LS9 7TF Shift Times: 06:00-18:00 and 18:00 to 06:00 Pay Rate: £19.83 per hour (including holiday pay), with the option to accrue additional holiday pay Pay Frequency: Weekly, every Friday before 5 PM Paid via PAYE only Qualifications Required:
DBS Certificate Skills and Experience Required:
To undertake a wide range of reactive and planned maintenance tasks and carry this to a high standard. To be able to provide technical guidance, assistance, and information to other members of the maintenance teams. Managing a small shift team consisting of maintenance craftsmen and maintenance assistants. Carry out maintenance, repairs, testing, and inspection of building, mechanical, and electrical services, associated systems, plant, and equipment in accordance with relevant standards and operational procedures. To be able to maintain, service, and repair a wide range of building services, for example - Heating and domestic water services, general electrical services, Air Handling Units, Fire Alarm systems, emergency lighting, BMS, and Electrical control systems. On occasion, carry out installation work involved in minor upgrading and adaptation works. How to Apply:
