CNC Field Service Engineer Opportunity with a World-Leading Machine Tool OEM

Salary:

Circa £50,000 per annum

What You'll Do:

Install, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced CNC machine tool equipment and controls at customer sites. Deliver hands-on technical demonstrations and provide training on machine setup, tooling, operation, and programming. Offer expert support in spare parts identification, ensuring seamless machine performance. Prepare clear and comprehensive service reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing repair information.

What We're Looking For: A strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering (or a similar technical discipline). Proven experience in operating and troubleshooting CNC machinery and automation systems. The ability to confidently read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams and mechanical schematics. Solid experience with machine controls and understanding their operation. A customer-focused mindset with exceptional relationship-building skills. IT proficiency, including MS Office.
