WHAT'S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE?

A fundamental digital product role at the heart of the Digital, Data & Technology functions working on Pentland's growing global digital B2B offering.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?

As our Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

Roadmap creation & planning

Work with the business & commercial leads to create a global digital roadmap & future strategy for our B2B platforms. Digitally savvy & have a real understanding of B2B consumers, the markets we trade in & our strategic goals. Stay abreast & can make recommendations of emerging digital technologies and trends that should form part of the roadmap strategy & direction. Confident to use data & consumer research to drive decision making & enhance customer experience. Project Delivery Oversee multiple technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget & have been prioritized accordingly. Track project deliverables by maintaining comprehensive smartsheet documentation & resource plans. Confident reporting on the progress of projects to business stakeholders at all levels & identify project risks and opportunities and escalate where appropriate. Work closely with technical & data project leads to plan sprints, technical deployments & releases. Work closely with the project training coordinator to ensure stakeholder training & rollout is happening on time. Relationship & Stakeholder Management Experience managing a technical team & support on hiring, training & motivating team members. Establish & maintain strong relationships with our third parties, vendors & business stakeholders. Confident communicator & will work very closely with the wider digital, IT & commercial teams on requirement gathering & the delivery of the digital roadmap. Manage business stakeholders at all levels & regions to ensure tasks are delivered on time & work with training manager to support change during project delivery timeframes. Responsible for finding solutions to delivery issues & escalating where required. WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?

You just might be our next superstar if you have the following skills and experience: Experience with Digital software with B2B platform understanding advantageous. Quick learner & confident gathering data & understanding requirements from multiple sources to help strategic decision making. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies & best practices with working knowledge of Jira & SmartSheets advantageous. Solid organisational skills including attention to detail & multitasking skills. Good communication and listening skills, confident dealing with colleagues at all levels including management & technical & non-technical teams. Ability to motivate people & manage trading & technical teams. Effective time management, organisation and prioritisation skills. Strong investigation & problem solving skills. Focused on delivering a great experience and resolving incidents quickly. Able to be hands-on and self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines & drive forward the digital roadmap & project deliverables.
