Established in June 2022, Dentsu Creative is integrated with Dentsu’s Media and CXM businesses in over 145 countries and regions, to offer Integrated Growth Solutions The Role As a CRM Creative Designer, reporting into the Creative Design Director you will contribute to the creative development of communications and creative solutions for our clients within the Performance Creative team which sits within with our wider Creative department. You’ll be someone who has in-depth understanding of social channels across different platforms, adapt at creating many variants, formats, understands design systems, understanding client guidelines, understands master components and design libraries, creates design files which are production ready, has a solid understanding of XD and Figma and have the experience to be the “design lead” for this large account and be comfortable leading it.

You’ll deliver fantastic creative for our clients across an array of channels: Concept development – Developing visual direction of a piece of work CRM and email marketing (design, design system, video & animation) Paid media advertisements (design, video & animation) Display and Dynamic Creative templates Video storyboarding – YouTube / Social What we are looking for in you You'll have a portfolio of either commercial or speculative work demonstrating your creativity and skill You'll have typographic, layout & photo manipulation skills You'll understand paid media formats and digital advertising You'll be experienced working in a digital creative role You'll be expert in Adobe Creative Suite – Including Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, Premier Pro and After Effects You'll have Figma experience- understanding design systems Additional Information You'll have a great compensation package, private health & dental insurance, corporate discounts and career development through Dentsu University, and free access to LinkedIn learning 29+ days of annual leave (25 days of regular holidays, birthdays off and 3 additional wellness days) We also offer the opportunity to volunteer for up to 2 days per year and tend to close down the agency between Christmas and New Years You'll have a hybrid working schedule, with flexible start/end hours
