The Role
Working with Preconstruction, Design & Marketing teams to create our Sales Presentations and Tender Submission documents in Adobe Indesign on time for client visits. It requires an enthusiastic passion for the designs we create and The Thriving Spaces we build, whilst understanding the multiple deadlines for each project, and efficiently working with our branded document templates and all our existing collateral to output high quality documents quickly.

Role Details:
Location – Noble House, Eaton Road, Hemel Hempstead, Head Office
Hours - 40 hours a week
Contract – Freelance Contract
Reports to – Head of Design
Hourly rate – Between £14-£18 per hour (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with our interior design team to craft inspiring mood boards, curate relevant project photos, and spark exciting design ideas.
Update and adjust those mood boards, labelled floorplans, and elements from the interior design team to bring them on-brand, presentable and print-quality within a presentation software (e.g. Canva or similar).
Creating & branding a Print quality sales presentation with all the layouts communicating our interior design elements.
Communicating with the sales team to add in text for the sales slides, and ensuring presentations are ready for completion on time, and in-full.
Working with our sales support team to prioritise, manage and organise all upcoming presentations for booked client meetings.
