Specialist community support for children and adults with learning disabilities and autism, including intensive support. Community physical health and well-being services for children and adults. The Trust was first established in 2002 and employs approximately 7,000 staff who provide care from more than 400 sites. General Practitioner with Extended Role Pain and ME/CFS (2 days) We are excited to launch the recruitment for a GP with Extended Role Pain and ME/CFS to work with the team based at Minerva Centre, Preston. This role would be 2 days per week. This post is part of Central Lancashire Moving Well, a community-based service providing integrated Musculoskeletal, Rheumatological, Pain & ME/CFS care for the CCGs of Greater Preston & Chorley and South Ribble. Main duties of the job

The post holder will work together with the clinical team leader and the clinical team to develop the community-based Pain and ME/CFS service in liaison with professional and clinical colleagues in community and primary care. The Pain and ME/CFS Service is supported by an extensive multi-disciplinary team. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this role you should be able to demonstrate: Evidence of a CCT or equivalent in general practice Evidence of being currently registered and licensed and in good standing with the GMC Evidence of continued practice in a primary care role on a performers list (or equivalent) and active engagement in an annual medical (whole scope of practice) appraisal Working for our organisation
