Reference: Vrg_2425_018 Job title: Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) We are looking for a Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) for a future role to design and implement scalable solutions on the Pega Platform. Responsibilities include managing Pega integrations, configuring Pega WebLogic, and ensuring regulatory compliance with Pega KYC. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Pega PRPC, API configurations, and testing tools like JAWS. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable solutions on the Pega Platform utilizing Pega PRPC and Pega BPM to address complex business needs. Lead and manage Pega Integration efforts, including Pega API configurations, to facilitate seamless data exchange between Pega applications and external systems. Configure and administer Pega WebLogic for application deployment, optimization, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Implement Pega KYC (Know Your Customer) framework to ensure regulatory compliance in customer management processes. Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance, using tools like JAWS, to validate application performance, accessibility, and functionality. Apply best practices from Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (CPDC), Certified System Architect (CSA), and Certified Pega Business Architect (PCBA) frameworks to ensure quality and consistency in solution delivery. Troubleshoot, optimize, and perform root cause analysis for any issues within the Pega applications, ensuring high availability and performance. Document solutions, technical requirements, and configurations for easy reference and knowledge sharing within the team. Mentor junior developers on best practices in Pega development, helping them understand complex concepts and architecture standards. Required skills and experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field. Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification. Proven experience with Pega Platform, Pega PRPC, and Pega BPM for application design and development. Strong skills in Pega Integration and Pega API for connecting Pega applications with other systems. Hands-on experience with Pega WebLogic administration for deploying and optimizing applications. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and tools, including Pega KYC for compliance-focused development. Experience with JAWS for accessibility testing and quality assurance. Additional Pega certifications, such as Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (CPDC), Certified System Architect (CSA), Certified Pega Business Architect (PCBA), or Certified Customer Service (CCA), are a plus.
