- At least 5 years experience in software and vendor management (apps, ERP's, CRM, WMS etc) - Proven track record in managing & optimizing business applications & systems (ideally at a group level) - Business process improvement skills - Strong vendor and supplier management - Team leadership skills - Experience delivering training and mentoring on software products - A positive can do attitude with the ability to take the lead on projects - Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communications
