You will be a natural communicator, developing relationships through account management of existing business, advising on the best solutions, and increasing customer spend. You should be comfortable communicating over phone, email, and video calls with clients. You will showcase our products and digital-led solutions best suited to the needs of the client. You will be hunting for new business opportunities through a sourcing strategy. We are all about bespoke solutions and will give you the freedom to manage your clients effectively. You will form part of the Marketing Solutions Team for your region and will work with your colleagues to develop the best overall results for yourself and the business from one of our regional hubs. What does success in this role look like?

To be successful, you must be driven by targets and KPIs, thrive on exceptional customer service, and be goal-oriented. You should enjoy a reward culture and have plans to grow your career in media by taking on continuous self-learning projects. We want to support and help our employees evolve in their career and aspirations. A background in advertising sales or from a digital marketing agency would be an advantage but is not essential.
