The Role We are seeking several motivated Quantity Surveyors to join our dynamic team. Initially working on a Data Centre project, this permanent position offers a combination of on-site engagement and the flexibility of remote work (it could involve some occasional European travel when needed).

You will play a crucial role in managing costs and ensuring value throughout the lifecycle of exciting projects for our clients.

We have openings for positions ranging from Assistant to Senior Quantity Surveyors.

Your responsibilities will include:

On-site measurement Submission of early warning notices Submission of compensation event notices Pricing compensation events Preparation of applications for payment Preparation of final accounts Cost value reconciliation (CVR) and financial reporting Subcontract orders, payment, and agreement of accounts To carry out duties with due skill and care, promptly and to the Client brief To co-operate and communicate with the Client representatives as necessary Report to and carry out any works required by the Business Team

What We're Looking For In A Quantity Surveyor:

Ideally a background in Mechanical / Electrical Preference for Data Centre experience, but we are also open to considering individuals with other mission-critical backgrounds that emphasise M&E expertise. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities Strong communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a collaborative environment Ideally, degree educated in Quantity Surveying or a related field Proficiency with industry-standard software like CostX or Buildsoft Like-minded QS professionals that align with the core values of the business Comfortable with the RICS ethical standards and rules of conduct Keen on continuous training and development. Completing the required CPD / professional training each year as advised by RICS or your professional training requirements, including attendance at seminars To work in a safe manner and promote good health and safety practices To understand sustainable working methods and assist in managing the environmental impact of work
