An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a highly reputable electrical contractor based in Oxford. With a group turnover exceeding £500 million, this company is a market leader in the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems. Their diverse portfolio includes projects ranging from £1M to over £100M across sectors such as commercial offices, data centres, education, government buildings, retail, residential infrastructure, and pharmaceutical laboratories. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence. Collaborate with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and project alignment. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or risks that arise during the project lifecycle. Coordinate and manage resources, including materials, labour, and equipment. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and relevant regulations. Prepare and manage project documentation, including PEPs, RAMS, and progress reports. Lead regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns. Foster and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and future opportunities. What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Proven track record as an Electrical Project Manager managing projects valued from £1M to £100M+. Experience working for a building services contractor is preferred (however we are keen to talk to candidates from a main contractor as well). Skills: Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and client management skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of electrical systems and building services.
