to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for a
Multi Skilled Plumber
who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the
Multi Skilled Plumber , you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. Responsibilities:
Electrical installation to AC split install, to LTHW water heater installation. Hanging new doors to newly refurbished office. Perform routine and reactive maintenance, repairs, and installations across plumbing systems, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. Diagnose and resolve faults in plumbing systems, including pipework, drainage, and fixtures. Conduct general maintenance tasks in other trades, such as basic carpentry, tiling, or electrical work, as required. Minimum Requirements:
Electrician holding NVQ3 or equivalent that wants to test themselves within a bustling environment. Experienced plumber with extensive knowledge of L8 and required repair techniques, including cleaning and chlorinating. Specialist HVAC engineer that could provide essential F-Gas knowledge support (Preferable not Essential). Happy to work night shifts (4 on 4 off).
