At least 2 years in recruitment, showcasing your ability to thrive in competitive markets. You prioritize high-quality candidates. A confident and persuasive communicator with a knack for closing deals. You’re resourceful and take initiative in your recruitment strategies. Continuously seeking opportunities to learn, improve, and refine your approach. You understand the importance of mastering the technical aspects of your market to build credibility and trust.
