Pearse Partners is a boutique Financial Services recruitment agency, specialising in Front Office search across leading Investment Banks, Private Equity firms and Credit funds. Over the past 7 years we've grown to become a leader in the industry with global market coverage. In 2024 we doubled our headcount and increased revenue by 100%. We have ambitious plans for 2025 including opening an office in New York and we're looking for motivated Consultants to join the team. Part of the Pearse Group, including Pearse Professionals and Rutherford Search, together we form a boutique of financial services focused agencies. Ideally you'll have 12 months + recruitment, search or sales experience with an understanding of financial services, however this is also an opportunity to make your move into recruitment or change industry sector. We operate an active and ongoing training program, both classroom style and on the desk to ensure continuous professional development. Responsibilities: Work with senior members of the team on the full job life cycle, from initial briefing call to job offer, including managing the interview process and salary negotiation. Actively source and qualify candidates relevant to your sector, building relationships with candidates active in the market and those who are inactive. Market map for live and upcoming mandates/roles. Attend meetings with both candidates and clients building long lasting relationships. Work closely with the marketing team to help produce salary surveys, credentials, white papers and other marketing material. Take advantage of ongoing training and development to become an expert in your sector. Requirements: 12 months+ within a recruitment, executive search or sales role. Understanding of financial services is advantageous. Confident phone manner with the ability to speak with candidates and clients across all levels. Proactive with the ability to build relationships both externally and internally. We have opportunities across the Pearse Group.
