Care Workers
for Clairleigh Nursing Home in Bromley, BR1 3AS. Benefits include: £11.44 per hour Varied shift patterns: 8pm–8am Every second weekend off Uniform and PPE supplied Immediate start available (subject to DBS and references) Training, mentoring, and career development Holidays ‘Refer a Friend’ scheme with instant cash rewards (subject to probation period) Onsite parking Responsibilities: To look after the physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs of the Residents using a person-centred approach To observe and promote the Residents' human rights and the principles outlined in the health and social care standards To evidence that care is based on dignity, respect, choice, compassion, well-being, and is responsive to their changing needs To create and maintain good professional relationships with Residents, their family and friends, and other stakeholders To actively support other Care Workers To adhere to all regulatory and statutory obligations and Northcare’s policies, procedures, and guidelines Ideal Candidate: Must have a good command of written and spoken English and a valid work permit Ability to communicate with the elderly Ability to work set hours and be flexible to meet the needs of the organization Good general health (medically fit) Please note, this role is also known as: ‘Care Assistant’, ‘HealthCare Worker’, ‘Carer’, ‘Healthcare Assistant’, ‘Care Support Worker’.
