Key Responsibilities:
Provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for children in the nursery. Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities to support children's development. Maintain a safe and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow. Work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure the best outcomes for children. Keep accurate records of children's progress and development. Follow all safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the welfare of the children.
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification
in Childcare or equivalent. Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting. A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to providing high-quality childcare and learning.
