We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and proactive individuals to join a team of Customer Care Agents at London Heathrow Airport (TW6).

In this role, you will support passengers with reduced mobility or hidden disabilities, ensuring their journey through the airport and onto the aircraft is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

You will be responsible for assisting passengers during key stages of their journey, including check-in, security, boarding, and disembarking. Using specialised equipment, such as wheelchairs, you will transfer passengers safely and efficiently to and from the aircraft while delivering exceptional customer service.

This position will involve a high degree of walking and physically assisting passengers from their aircraft seats into the terminals.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Care Agent

Using wheelchairs and mobility aids, assist passengers with reduced mobility (PRM) and those with hidden disabilities throughout their airport journey. Provide a friendly, respectful, and inclusive service, ensuring passengers feel valued and understood. Communicate effectively with passengers, understanding and adapting to their specific needs. Maintain accurate records of assistance provided in line with airport and airline policies. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of passengers and yourself. Promote awareness of hidden disabilities and reduced mobility needs among team members and other airport staff.

What We’re Looking For in our Customer Care Agents

Empathy and patience: A genuine desire to help others and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations. Strong communication skills: Confidence in interacting with passengers and team members from diverse backgrounds. Physical capability: Ability to lift, push, and manoeuvre wheelchairs and passengers safely (training provided). Flexibility: Availability to work shifts between 0400 hrs - 2330 hrs, including weekends and holidays, in a dynamic airport environment.

Qualifications and Experience

Previous experience in customer service, caregiving, or similar role where you have worked directly with the public. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

What We Offer

£12.67 p/h rising to £13.17 p/h after 12 weeks. £22.78 – £24.16 p/h on Bank Holidays. Weekly Pay. Comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident and prepared for the role. Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.
