This national provider of security solutions is looking to add 4 graduates into their sales team at the entry level! What do the business do? A national distributor of security solutions, this business leads the way in technologies such as CCTV, intruder detection, and other modern security products. Striving to provide the largest choice of products, dedicated technical support & an industry leading knowledge base to their clients, they have risen to become the largest UK distributor in the market. Part of a wider business group that turns over in excess of £1 billion per year, this opportunity will see you joining a well-financed company with a history of success. What will I be doing? Working as an Internal Sales Executive, you will be based in the Blackpool office from Mon-Fri for the first 6 months of the role, before moving into a hybrid position where you’re able to work from home twice a week. You will be trained on how to research, contact & prospect potential new business opportunities for the company, canvassing decision makers at businesses across multiple industries. Working closely with the external sales team & field-based Regional Account Team, you will look to develop & execute a growth plan for your region and seek progression towards a client-facing role yourself. Alongside all the internal training and shadowing with the business, there is also an opportunity to undertake a professional Level 4 Sales Qualification with our sister company, BMS Progress. What do I need to bring? Energy, this role will require you to engage people & build relationships. Growth mindset, you won’t be expected to know everything on day one. Resilience, this position will have challenges – but the rewards will outweigh them! Warmth, you’re going to be joining a tight-knit team! What is the package offered? £27,000 basic salary Company bonus plan 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays Fully funded Level 4 Sales Apprenticeship
